By accessing or using InstantVoiceAI ("the Service") at instantvoiceai.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

InstantVoiceAI provides AI-powered text to speech conversion, voice generation, and AI scene video creation. We offer free and paid subscription plans with varying usage limits.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
One account per person — multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits is prohibited

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate audio or content that:

Is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or threatening
Infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right
Impersonates any person or entity
Contains hate speech, discrimination, or incitement to violence
Is intended to deceive or defraud others (e.g. deepfake voice scams)
Violates any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Intellectual Property

Your content

You retain ownership of the text you submit. By submitting text, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service.

Generated audio

Audio generated through the Service may be used for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the terms of the underlying AI voice providers (Google Cloud TTS, Microsoft Azure). You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with those terms.

Our content

The InstantVoiceAI platform, design, code, and branding are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
Usage limits reset on your monthly billing date
Unused characters do not roll over to the next month
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

7. Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you have not used more than 10% of your monthly character allowance. To request a refund, email hello@instantvoiceai.com. After 7 days or after significant usage, no refunds will be issued.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, technical failures, or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstantVoiceAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
